Beef prices are determined by the live weight of the animal at the time of butchering. We charge $3/pound live weight. This price includes the price of processing AND delivery! The numbers below are AVERAGES and the actual price and amount of meat will vary.

We butcher twice a year, in the spring and in the fall. We take orders a minimum of 6 months in advance.
